Our Wedding

New Year's Eve 2021, Chelsea was in her season of saying yes. She had committed to saying yes to things that pushed her out of her comfort zone, and that night she had been invited to a James Bond-themed New Year's Eve gathering. She knew only one person there and was debating whether to go. She called her Aunt and jokingly said, “Here's to saying yes! Maybe I'll find my Prince Charming haha.” Little did she know at the time that the stars had aligned for just that. She and Bradley met that evening. Both had come on a whim, knowing only one other person, and luckily, the people they knew were dating and made introductions. They spoke for hours on a wide variety of topics, and the connection was undeniable. They played games and rang in the New Year together. Before the night was halfway through, Bradley had made sure to ask Chelsea on a date, to which she happily replied she would love to. After that New Year's Eve, they spent 4 weeks talking on the phone daily, getting to know each other before their first date. Their first date began at their friends' BBQ and ended in a solo date for the two of them that evening at a local sushi spot. The connection and conversation was effortless, transparent, and sincere. Their laughter filled the restaurant, and though it was only a small sushi spot, the night felt like 5 stars. Bradley dropped her off that evening, walked her to her door, and they shared their first kiss. Chelsea will never forget that kiss and the feelings that followed. She walked inside her house with a huge smile, went to the backyard, looked up at the stars, and whispered the most heartfelt thank you to them. Introductions to the familes came swiftly after that. The seemless, organic fit on both sides of the aisle made their hearts radiate even brighter for each other.    Since that first date, their love story has led them to many beautiful places. From fun local date nights to bucket list bands and artists. They have traveled to 8 different states, 1 country, and countless cities. They have hiked through the red rocks of the Sedona Desert, ziplined through the Alaskan Wilderness, snorkeled in the warm waters of Hawaii, watched their friends tie the knot in Puerto Vallarta, and so much more. One of their most precious destinations has been parenthood with the birth of their Son, Clark, in 2024. By far and wide, though their favorite destination is the love they found within each other. With their next adventure, they seal the deal to be each other's forever travel buddies. They will continue exploring exciting new places, traverse through the ups and downs of life and make memories to last a lifetime. Without further ado, next stop along the journey, MARRIAGE!

Huntington Beach has lots of activities to offer if traveling for our wedding. Rent Electric bikes from Zacks at the bottom of the pier and enjoy a nice bike ride down the boardwalk and aroud town. Stop over to Pacific City for some shopping and great dining. Some of our favortie spots in Pacific City; The Bungalow for atmosphere, music and playing pool. Ola for Oceanveiw Mexican Food. Make sure to stop by Bella Sophia Chocolates for the best handcrafted chocolates and cookies! Long standing Huntington Beach tradition, if its your first time to town (or first time in awhile) make sure to enjoy a Rainbow at Aloha Grill off of Main Street! If you're interested in why we are called Surf City USA check out the hidden gem Surf Museum on Main Street.   Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Laguna Beach which is known for its art scene and beautiful coastline are just short drives away.   We hope you have the best time exploring the Hometown we love so much!
